I haven’t posted a recipe in such a long time, so I decided to share a mylk shake I’m currently enjoying as a snack/dessert. This vanilla mylk shake is so simple, made with only three ingredients. It has no added sugar, and is healthy and super delicious.
The recipe makes about 16 ounces, or 2 cups, and it will come out thick like a milk shake.
2 sweet ripened pears, chilled
1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk (soy milk will be good too)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract without alcohol
Blend together until smooth and enjoy with a straw!
